As an integral part of the U.S. Army’s Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Mobile Port Operations Center (MPOC) capability a HMMWV-mounted C4I system the DRASH mission 4XB and HP-2C/185 is used to support port operations during small scale, short duration operations. These operations include global movement of combat units, sustainment cargo, and service member household goods.
